Carson Williams, MD Facial Plastic Surgery does not currently participate with any insurance providers at the Leawood, KS location.
Non-cosmetic services like head and neck skin lesion excisions, skin cancer care, upper eyelid blepharoplasty for visual field deficits, laceration repairs, etc. are available but all services are self-pay. An itemized receipt with a list of codes is provided if the patient wishes to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
Dr. Williams sees patients at two satellite locations monthly where insurance can be billed. Please contact the office by phone or email if you would like to be scheduled for an appointment at one of these locations.

Reconstructive Procedures
| Adjacent tissue transfer (flap) scalp, cheek, neck, nose, eyelid, ear, lip | $500 (small), $750 (large), $1000 (very large) |
| Paramedian forehead flap | $1,250 |
| Full thickness skin graft | $400-650 |
| Split thickness skin graft | $1000 |

50-year-old female with an epidermal cyst 2.5cm of the neck referred for excision. Charges are as follows:

| Excision benign neck lesion, 2.5cm (11423): | $350 |

*Insurance information is included to submit specimen to pathology lab and an itemized explanation of charges is provided to the patient if they choose to submit to their insurance for reimbursement
